Our group is geared toward Moms with little ones born from April 2007 to today. We are a private group for the safety of our moms and tots. Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby! Stroller Strides is a total fitness program where moms can work out with their babies and stroller age children. We use the strollers, environment and exercise tubing for a really fun 1 hour workout. And we definitely keep the little ones entertained! This workout is safe for all fitness levels and expecting mommies too! Jogging strollers are NOT required.
